PMEL LLC is a Miami-based web software and development company. We started because small business owners kept telling us the same thing: agencies were too expensive, DIY builders were too limited, and nobody stuck around after launch.
So we combined the two: a properly built website, plus a monthly subscription that keeps it hosted, secure and useful with the tools you actually need. You talk to the same people before and after launch.

Do I have to buy a website to use the subscriptions?
No. If you already have a site, the Starter plan moves it to our hosting and keeps it maintained. Booking, invoicing and portal tools can be added to most existing sites.
Is there a contract?
Subscriptions are month to month. Website projects have a simple written agreement with a fixed price and scope. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep your domain and content.
Who owns the website?
You do. When a project is paid in full, the design, content and domain are yours. If you leave, we hand over a full export of your site and data.
How long does a website take?
Launch sites usually take about two weeks from kickoff, Business sites three to four weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly we receive your text, photos and feedback.
Can you work with my existing domain, email or tools?
Yes. We connect to your existing domain registrar, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email, payment processors such as Stripe or Square, and most scheduling and accounting tools.
Do you only work with businesses in Florida?
We are based in Miami, but everything is done remotely. We work with small businesses anywhere in the United States.
